Was ist Legierung 825 Platte
Diese Platte aus Stahlinconel 825 auf Nickelbasis kann in verschiedenen Bereichen eingesetzt werden, z. B. bei der chemischen Verarbeitung, bei der Verrohrung von Öl- und Gasbohrungen, bei der Wiederaufbereitung von Kernbrennstoffen, bei der Säureproduktion, bei Geräten zur Kontrolle der Umweltverschmutzung und bei Beizanlagen Korrosion. Dies ist auf die Zugabe des Elements Titan zusammen mit der Kombination einer geeigneten Wärmebehandlung zurückzuführen, die das Incoloy Alloy 825 Sheet gegen die Sensibilisierung gegen intergranulare Korrosion der Legierungsplatte 825 stabilisiert. Sie bieten sowohl in Raum- als auch bei erhöhten Temperatureinstellungen gute mechanische Eigenschaften, bei denen die Wärme auf etwa 1000 ° F ansteigen kann.
